Moe Dhaini founded Intelligent Solutions Agency in 2023, an AI transformation partner to Sydney businesses. Behind it sits a decade in personal and professional development: mentoring students at Bellfield College, coaching executives, business owners and schools through his practice Str8n Up, and years of disability support work, with five years of seminary study before all of it. Today he builds working AI systems for business owners, writes free frameworks checked against the research, leads the Scouts initiative at MSA Youth Academy, and speaks on purpose, resilience and the practical use of AI.

The kid who froze
A primary school speech that did not survive contact with my nerves. Nobody in that room would have picked public speaking as the thing my life would be built on.

The sign
Between the shrine of Imam Hussein and the shrine of Abbas, I asked for a sign. That night a scholar put his arm around my shoulder, unprompted: you would make an amazing seeker of knowledge. The debate was over.
2022 to 2025
The mentor
Five years of seminary, then a decade of coaching that found its homes: mentoring students at Bellfield College from 2022, then Str8n Up, my own personal and professional development practice for executives, business owners and schools. Sitting across from people at their crossroads is the trade everything else is built on.
Sydney, now
The builder
ISA started in 2023 while I was still at Bellfield. Through 2024 and 2025 I learnt to build with AI for real, for the scouts academy, my own business and friends. Then Liam Ottley's AAA Accelerator and rooms full of people building at real scale. Now ISA is the front of the shop: real systems for real Sydney businesses, a youth movement, a minbar in Muharram.

Through Intelligent Solutions Agency, Moe works with Sydney business owners to find where AI genuinely saves their team hours, then builds the systems to do it: quoting cut from six hours to forty minutes, billing runs that no longer cost someone their week, phones answered every time. Every engagement carries a plain guarantee: if it does not deliver the agreed return in the agreed window, ISA keeps working at no extra cost until it does.
